Here's the thing about exercising to lose weight. Exercising makes you not want to eat all the bad stuff so that results show. And not exercising does not allow you to eat. Because you aren't working it out anyway.
I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with the whole weight loss thing. But this it is on my mind a lot. I do want to lose a couple of pounds. I do eat food that isn't healthy.
If I did really want to avoid, I would have to stop eating/drinking the following
milk, tea, coffee, chutney, chips, masala dosa, samosas, french fries, puri, gulab jamun, kaju katli, chocolate burfi, dahi puri, paani puri, fried chicken, fried fish, bicuits, kheer, chocolates, icecream, rice, curd, egg,
Yeah yeah I can drink low fat milk and low fat curd and black sugarless coffee and sugarless tea. But I do not have a personal dietician and a cook who would do all that for me. So I do eat all of that.
But I am conscious whenever I eat any of those things. I don't enjoy it a hundred percent.
I do not remember a time when I did not want to lose weight. When I realized what fat was and that I was it, I wanted to lose weight. I actually did do something about it and I lost quite a bit. But for how long? My father was also like this. Even he does not remember a time when he didn't want to lose weight. Since 9th he says. I have looked at childhood pictures of my dad and he was really skinny back then. So what now?
I will always want to lose weight. I never will. Also, I will never get to eat all that stuff without feeling guilty.

Maybe we can consider exchanging our bodies for a couple of days and then u can eat everything without any guilt and I can be like..hey, am no more a broomstick :P
Weight is a bad ass i say..one side there are ppl trying to lose and other side there are ppl trying to gain..Noone is happy with their weight :P
lose-gain-lose-gain-lose that's how it is for most. Doesn't remain constant. After all Nothing is stagnant. Even the entropy of the universe is changing constantly :P
My theory - As long as one feels he's fit, weight shouldn't be a thing to worry abt..
I have always wanted to lose. I need to lose atleast 15 now I guess. :|
AND, Rhonda Byrne says, if you believe you'd turn thin you do. So be it. :|
GRRRRRR!
Try those 'old people' biscuits, Oatmeal/finger millet something. Delightful, yet low on 'calories'. (:
Ok. So, I have always been a big girl and never been insecure about it. But then my father pops all these pills everyday and I dont wanna be there. Hence the weight loss chase.
